I am an HCPC registered practitioner psychologist, executive coach and leadership specialist committed to helping leaders and organisations unlock purpose and meaning, build great cultures and develop people.

With 20 years consulting in leadership and organisational development in international environments, and more than 10,000 hours of executive coaching experience, I coach and advise C-suite leaders and executive teams from some of the largest organisations in the world, including the world-leaders in beauty, luxury, FMCG, banking & finance, pharma, tech, government and not-for-profit.

I have designed hundreds of leadership programmes, masterclasses and learning experiences, equipping leaders, teams and organisations to facilitate transformation and cultural change, and build positive, engaged and high-performing cultures.

I have managed the Turningpoint Leadership consultancy in the UK, developing the business, the team and the P&L, whilst creating best-in-class leadership development initiatives to support a range of British and international clients. 

Drawing on my training in psychology and behavioural science as well as on the communication skills gained in my early career in journalism and broadcasting, I also deliver inspirational keynotes and masterclasses to audiences around the world, sharing insights on the psychology of leadership and motivation, mental health & wellbeing, cognitive psychology, positive organisations, strengths-based people development, building resilience in the workplace, communication and influence, enabling cooperation, creating great cultures and sustainable business strategies.

I am qualified in Occupational & Organisational Psychology, Executive Coaching, Communication and also Sustainable Business Strategies with the Harvard Business School and a doctoral researcher with Birkbeck University of London.
